Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of this Website or the Materials, will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts sitting in the Borough of Manhattan in The City of New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.  

15. Headings:  The various headings of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement or any provision hereof. Such headings shall not be deemed to govern, limit, modify or in any other manner affect the scope, meaning or intent of the provisions of this Agreement, or any provision hereof, nor shall they be given legal effect.

Severability:  Any provision of this Agreement which is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective solely to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability, without affecting, in any way, the remaining provisions hereof or rendering that, or any other provision of this Agreement, invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.

17. Survival:  The representations, warranties, and covenants contained in this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement whether by operation, expiration, operation of law, or otherwise.

18. Site Terms of Use Modifications:  JMD Consulting may revise this Agreement at any time without prior notice. By using this Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these “Conditions of Use”.
